Innerscape Services: Electrical, Mechanical, & Hydraulic

The Student Services Centre is a 730m2 single storey building including a large covered courtyard and entry canopy, designed to house the school’s counsellors, pastoral care, deans, wellness and guidance facilities. Natural lighting, and ventilation were maximised to minimise the need for lighting and air conditioning. Hydronic radiant units provide a cost-effective heating system.
